I've spent over two decades walking into businesses that needed something built — a system, a brand, a process, a strategy — and building it. I've run operations for a luxury lighting firm, originated and launched two brands from scratch, grown an art agency from two artists to nineteen, and written a book. Not because I was qualified for any of it on paper. Because I showed up, figured it out, and delivered.
